During the MozCon 2013 conference, one speaker noted – "the best designers and developers aren't experts at just one thing, they're great at multiple things." This was but one of many great quotes from that day - but this one in particular struck me as completely and utterly true. I have worked to broaden my spectrum from not just being a graphic designer/coder but to also understand what really makes a good website great. Knowing how to keep users on a site longer, how a sites layout will effect its conversion ratings and drop offs , looking through analytics to see where improvements can be made, and then implementing proven industry techniques in order to acquire the best results. Here is a list of some of the skills I possess, and that I think are key:
Adaptive Web Design
PHP and ASP.net
Instal and Configure
Layout and Composition
Good Sense of Typography
Mailchimp and Constant Contact
8 Years Experience!
With almost a complete decade of experience in the Marketing and Advertising industries, I have worked in a multiple of positions and focused on being the very best at whatever task I was given. Looking ahead, I look forward to finding an innovative, career based company who likes to push boundaries.

Graphic Design | Branding
2007 - 2011
When I first started at Identity Design, the company consisted of just three employees. Initially, I was brought on as a graphic designer to help with the design and layouts of their "car wraps". As time went by, I was able to help the company branch off into a fully functional sign company. I helped arrange and set up contacts and accounts in our attempt to provide our clients with not just great car decals, but also business cards, shirts, websites, and social media management. As a team, we designed a full marketing campaign to unite wrap installers nationwide via an online community to help with tips and also to market our "Paint Is Dead" brand. Today they are now in a top of the line facility with 15+ employees and are working with brands like Lamborghini, Mercedes, Simon's Mall, and many more.

BA: Marketing | Theatre and Entertainment Technology
Here, I learned the valuable lesson of time management, how to properly light a stage, and also that I had a strong passion for marketing. As a result of these lessons, my thirst for knowledge grew into me wishing and then working to understand the full spectrum of the marketing industry as a whole. Since college, I have spent my time furthering my learning and researching every facet of the industry.

I wore pleated khaki's and had really poor choice in sweaters. I guess you could say I was one of the cool kids. In reality, I was a complete and total band dork. I prided myself on always being first chair in the school jazz band, I enjoyed photography class, and was always the last to get picked in gym. I am still disgruntled over the fact that I have never utilized calculus in the real world.
